This warranty policy ("Policy") applies to products purchased from the website https://www.candiluna.com ("Website"), operated by Candiluna Ltd ("Candiluna Ltd"). By making a purchase on the Website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.
Candiluna warrants that the products purchased from the Website will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of Two (2) years from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from the Website and is non-transferable.
When repairing or replacing we may use new or refurbished replacement parts.
If you believe that your purchased product is defective and covered under this warranty, please contact Candiluna by email at hello@Candiluna.com within the Warranty Period. Provide a detailed description of the defect, along with any supporting evidence such as photographs or videos.
Upon receiving your warranty claim, Candiluna will assess the defect and determine the appropriate course of action, at its sole discretion. The available options may include, but are not limited to, repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product.
If we agree that Warranty Replacement Parts are required, we will ship the necessary parts to you free of charge, and at our expense, using the carrier and method of our choice.
If you are unable to replace the parts yourself, we may help to cover the reasonable costs of somebody doing this for you (provided we are able to agree these costs with the third party in advance).
If we decide that your product needs to be returned we will cover all shipping costs if the product is being collected from an address in the UK.
Returned products covered under this limited warranty will be repaired or replaced, free of charge, and returned to you at the expense of Candiluna Ltd, using the carrier and method of our choice.
This warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from:
a) Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage.
b) Improper or unauthorized use, maintenance, or installation of the product.
c) Damage caused by accidents, abuse, negligence, or misuse.
d) Modifications or alterations to the product.
e) Use of the product for commercial purposes or rental.
f) Force majeure events, including natural disasters, fire, or acts of God.
g) Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers.
h) Any product that has been modified in any way
i) UV (ultra-violet) damage to fabric or other materials, where the damage is purely cosmetic
If a return of the product is necessary as part of the warranty resolution, Candiluna will provide instructions and, in some cases, a prepaid shipping label for the return. The customer is responsible for securely packaging the product for return shipment. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping upfront for the product to be returned where we are able to assess the warranty claim. If the warranty claim is valid we will reimburse the customer of the cost of the product(s) and the cost of shipping.
Candiluna's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product, as determined by Candiluna. In no event shall Candiluna be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Please retain your proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, as it may be required for warranty claims.
